Affiliate Link "Cloaking" Technology - As more and more people become "net-wise", they are increasingly less likely to click a long, complicated link, or one that "looks" like an affiliate link.
In your Affiliate Partner Control Panel, you will be able to generate special "cloaking" code, that will enable you to create a special page on your OWN WEBSITE, that will invisibly re-direct your prospect to the DYCA information page, without displaying your Affiliate link code. In fact, to the prospect, they are clicking on a link to a page on YOUR website!
This increases your credibility, your link popularity, and links lead first to YOUR website!
Your "cloaked" link page will have a short, simple, and user-friendly appearance:

60-Day Cookie Tracking - More often than not, most people won't buy from a website right away. Does this mean you've lost the sale? Not at all! Every visitor is encouraged to get some "free sample" material, by signing up for our Free "Church Growth Tips" newsletter. This means that you will have several on-going opportunities to benefit from a subsequent sale from a skeptical prospect!
Once the referral prospect has been re-directed to the DYCA information page through your custom Affiliate referral link (whether or not you use the Cloaking Page technology), a cookie will be placed on their computer that will ensure that if they make a purchase from us anytime within the next 60 days after clicking on your Affiliate link, whether it be from reading one of the newsletters, or simply having a change of heart, you will still get credit for the sale (and the commission!)
Anyone signing up for the free newsletter will be receiving helpful and interesting information on the subject of church growth for several weeks (or months) after they subscribe, so the chances of this happening are very good.
Even if they click on a link in one of the follow-up emails, you'll get the credit (and the commission) for the sale - as long as the tracking cookie is still on their computer.
Commission Hijacking and Fraud Protection - A big problem for affiliates on the Internet is link fraud or hijacking.
In it's simplest form, this means someone taking your product link, and either removing your affiliate id, or replacing it with their own (in order to get the product at a "discount").
It can also occur at the hands of sophisticated "Trojan" software that may have been installed on a user's computer (unbeknowest to them) that looks for affiliate links and replaces your affiliate ID with that of the hacker, "on the fly".
Our affiliate system provides for three levels of affiliate link protection.
Because our affiliate system does not require you to use the standard Clickbank affiliate "hoplink" supplied by Clickbank, and instead routes your referral to the product information and payment page via our own secured server, hacking programs do not recognise the link as an "affiliate" link, and are therefore unable to replace your Clickbank ID with the hacker's.
In addition, if you use the additional security of the "cloaked" affiliate referral page on your OWN WEBSITE, a dishonest prospect will not be able to view your affiliate ID when clicking on the link, and will be unable to remove it, further protecting your referral, and your commission!
In fact, once the prospect clicks on the referral link (either cloaked or uncloaked), the whole referral process happens so fast that they will be tagged with your affiliate cookie, even before they view the product information page!
Unlike standard web pages, no one can stop their browser and "view" the source code of your "cloaked" referral page to discover your affiliate ID.
When using the special "Cloaked" referral link page on your own website, along with our custom-generated Affiliate referral links, you will have a virtually impenetrable wall of protection against link fraud and hijacking!
Level 1 hijackers: When using the "cloaked" referral page, no one can see your nickname in your links, so they can't simply delete it, or replace it with their own. (Note: if you don't have your own website, let me know, and I'll set up a custom, personalized "cloaked" link referral page for you to use here on our server!)
Level 2 hijackers: Once they've been redirected through your Affiliate Partner Control Panel to the DYCA information page, the address bar does not display your affiliate link or nickname ANYWHERE.
At that point (especially if you used the "cloaked" referral page), no one will be able to tell that you've sent them to the information page through an affiliate link. Nor will they know where to find your affiliate nickname in order to replace it with their own. (Note: You'll still be able to run a test, and verify that YOUR affiliate code is being recognized when you go to the Clickbank payment page - I'll tell you more about how to verify your affiliate cookie in your Affiliate Control Panel)
Level 3 hijackers: No one can "stop" the browser and see the source code for your "cloaked" referral page, so they can't simply see and copy the code in order to replace your affiliate nickname with their own!
Full compatibility with all browsers - Our system works with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, Opera, Mozilla, and any of the others - PC or MAC. Whether the user has Javascript turned on or off, or is blocking pop-ups, you'll still get the credit - and the commission!
